This interactive webinar is about analyzing and understanding the factors that underpin high performance; the frameworks necessary for building performance at the individual level, and the core elements leaders should pay attention to, when developing team cadence.

Aimed at managers and those soon to enter a management position, participants by the end of the webinar will be able to:

  • Apply a framework to analyse their team’s motivation
  • Analyse individual performance
  • Deliver performance-based feedback
  • Develop an operating rhythm.

  2. Performance and motivation: Understanding the importance of intrinsic motivation and the critical link between Achievement, Belonging and Control
  3. Analyze and Apply Performance Drivers: Capability, Engagement, Environment
  4. Delivering Effective Feedback: Learn effective ways to deliver feedback and discuss challenges that managers encounter.
  5. Developing Team Cadence: Learn how to develop an operating rhythm for your team and how to create an effective cadence for virtual teams.
  6. Summary and close

Simon joined Kaplan from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, where for six years he was a Senior Lecturer in the Communication and Applied Behavioural Science Department.   

A highly energetic and engaging consultant, Simon, over the last four years, has worked with global legal and financial service providers, major retailers and oil and gas businesses in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.  He has extensive experience in designing and delivering leadership programmes. He holds two masters degrees and has recently completed a PhD.

Group Discount:
Organizations are eligible for a 10% discount when registering three or more people for an event. All registrations must be processed at the same as the 10% discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

Cancellations, Substitution, and Refund Requests
  • Substitutions are welcome at any time
  • Cancelations must be made in writing and emailed to events@cfawashington.org on or before 5 business days prior to the event
  • No refunds will be processed after 5 pm ET, 5 business days prior to the event
  • A $25 administrative fee will be applied to all cancellations
  • Refunds will not be issued for no shows
