2023 marks the 15th anniversary of the joint series of events organised by Bocconi Alumni Luxembourg and CFA Society Luxembourg.
The series started in 2008, year of the Lehman bankruptcy and the major financial crises and continued virtually during the Covid lockdown to offer the latest academic insights on financial topics to the loyal audience.
This year, the talk will focus on market abuse rules (insider trading, disclosure obligations) comparing the different approaches in Europe and in the US and, within the EU, the existing harmonized rules and their possible evolution.
Join us to examine some famous cases to illustrate practical and policy points, and the different approaches of supervisors and courts.
The presentation will be followed by a cocktail to celebrate the 15th anniversary.
