How to Redeem

1. Download the ZUS Coffee App and sign up for an account.
2. Select Pickup from your nearest outlet.
3. Add your handcrafted drink(s) to the cart.
4. Insert your exclusive voucher code (from Living Our Mission) at checkout.
5. Complete payment and enjoy your drink!

TERMS & CONDITIONS – 10% OFF VOUCHER

1. Valid until 31 December 2025.
2. Orders must be made via the ZUS Coffee Mobile App. A 10% discount applies with a minimum purchase of one (1) handcrafted drink, and to the lowest-priced handcrafted drink only.
3. Valid for pickup only at all ZUS Coffee outlets except Suria KLCC, Imago Shopping Mall, Pavilion Damansara Heights, Lot 91 KLCC, The Exchange TRX, Skypark Terminal, Domestic Departure Gate A Terminal 1 KLIA, Gateway@KLIA 2 (Departure Hall, Level 3), Gateway@KLIA 2 (Arrival Hall, Level 2), Kidzania Kuala Lumpur, Genting 1 (First World), Sky Avenue, Selera Putra, Souq Putrajaya, Genting Xintiandi Sales Gallery, Langkawi International Airport Food Garden, Coffee Meets Pastry by ZUS - 1 Utama Shopping Centre, ZUS Signature - Taman Paramount (PJ), and ZUS Signature - Sunway Pyramid (Oasis Entrance).
4. Each user is limited to one (1) redemption per day.
5. Each user has 7 days to utilize the code after inserting it into the app.
6. Available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be used once voucher limit is reached.
7. Not applicable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or membership privileges.
8. Not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
9. Not eligible for ZUS Coffee Club cup count or membership upgrades.
10. Applicable only to handcrafted drinks; excludes bottled beverages, cakes, pastries, meals, snacks, merchandise, or additional modifiers (e.g., extra shot, syrup, alternative milk).
11. ZUS Coffee reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
12. ZUS Coffee may withhold benefits if users breach ZUS Coffee’s Terms and Conditions.

2. Orders must be made via the ZUS Coffee Mobile App. A 20% discount applies to two (2) handcrafted drinks, to the two lowest-priced drinks only.
3. Valid for pickup only at all ZUS Coffee outlets except the same excluded locations listed above.
4. Each user is limited to one (1) redemption per day.
5. Not applicable with other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or membership privileges.
6. Not exchangeable or replaceable for cash.
7. Not eligible for ZUS Coffee Club cup count or membership upgrades.
8. Applicable only to handcrafted drinks; excludes bottled beverages, cakes, pastries, meals, snacks, merchandise, or additional modifiers (e.g., extra shot, syrup, alternative milk).
9. Non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or destroyed, and void if sold or bartered.
10. Photocopied or duplicated vouchers will not be accepted.
11. ZUS Coffee reserves the right to amend or cancel the promotion at any time.
12. ZUS Coffee may withhold benefits if users breach ZUS Coffee’s Terms and Conditions.
