We are excited to host our next pickleball event, generously sponsored by Avantis Investors and Women in ETFs. This will be our first time at The Tennis and Pickleball Club at Newport Beach – a private club located between Fashion Island and the water, with plenty of courts and welcoming staff.
We will run our usual ladder format on 8 courts, plus a more competitive “Kings of the Court” setup on the 9th court. For first-time players or those wanting a refresh, we will provide an introduction covering basic technique and strategy so you can be on your way to winning your first games. Players will rotate and switch partners after every game, so come prepared to network, socialize, and have a ton of fun!
We’ll have refreshments and snacks available court-side while we’re networking or catching our breath. Please bring adequate athletic clothing, shoes, hats, etc. Players are welcome to bring their own pickleball paddles or use the ones provided.
