CFA Society Pakistan and Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG) jointly hosted an interactive roundtable discussion on ‘Independent Directors in Pakistan - Regulations, Practice & Challenges’. The session was organized as a follow up discussion on the publication of CFA Society Pakistan titled, ‘Independent Directors in Pakistan - Regulation and Practice’.
