On the 23rd of October, around 270 participants from the School of Business Sciences at the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal attended the Financial Literacy Workshop, an initiative of Banco de Portugal and CFA Society Portugal, as part of the “My Financial Future” competition.
The workshop provided a practical opportunity to reflect on the use of credit and its impact on the budget, the safe use of digital financial services, and the importance of saving and investing responsibly. The program also included a presentation of the competition.
This initiative reinforces the joint commitment of Banco de Portugal and CFA Society Portugal to promoting financial literacy and the development of essential skills for conscious and responsible management of personal finances, bringing the academic world closer to the reality of the financial sector.
