Norm Miller will address these and other questions on July 24. He is a leading authority on housing market trends and mortgage risk analysis with decades of experience covering the entire U.S. market. Dr. Miller received his Ph.D. in finance and real estate from Ohio State University, and is recipient of the Education Award, the James A. Graaskamp Award, and the Ratcliff Award from the American Real Estate Society. He has served as head of analytics for CoStar and spent the last part of his academic career as the Ernest W. Hahn Chair of Real Estate Finance at the University of San Diego.
