Winners of the CFA Institute Research Challenge in Thailand Promoted on Digital Ad Platforms

In February 2023, CFA Society Thailand hosted the local round of the CFA Institute Research Challenge, where participating students had the opportunity to showcase their analytical skills in the financial industry. 

Plan B Media Public Company Limited (Plan B Media), one of Asia's most diversified and innovative out-of-home media providers, was selected as the subject company for the challenge.
 
The competition was intense, as teams from top universities across Thailand presented their research on Plan B Media’s financial performance and investment potential. After rigorous evaluation and analysis, a team from Thammasat University (Bachelor of Business Administration) emerged as the winner.
 
As a reward for the winning team, Plan B Media congratulated the winners and promoted the CFA Institute Research Challenge on its LED digital platforms across Bangkok, Thailand, for two weeks. The adverts were displayed in strategic places across the city, including on screens at one of the busiest intersections in Bangkok, in large shopping malls, and on the expressway transport to the airport.
 
The promotion caught the attention of the public and media alike and was a huge success. It enabled CFA Society Thailand to raise its profile locally and increase awareness of the CFA Institute Research Challenge. The gesture by Plan B Media demonstrated its commitment to supporting the development of the next generation of financial analysts and professionals.
