What is Money Sense?
Money Sense is a collaboration between the Society and Radio Cayman whereby members of our society run a voluntary twice-monthly radio show at 730am every second Thursday. The focus of the show is to ‘demystify finance for the Cayman community’. Our society members interview a range of people – from local politicians, discussing the Cayman economy or finances, to international investment professionals discussing hedge funds, private equity funds or markets in general.
How do I tune in?
The show airs live on Radio Cayman at 730am. For those in Cayman that is broadcast on the 89.9 frequency on your radio. Otherwise, connect to https://www.radiocayman.gov.ky/ where you can click on the listen live button for Radio Cayman and tune in via the internet.
Most shows are also livestreamed on youtube. So if you miss a show or want to watch us then simply go to www.youtube.com and type in “Money Sense Cayman” into the search box and a whole selection of shows will appear, including, hopefully, the most recent one at the top of the page.
Can I volunteer to be interviewed or be an interviewee?
