Conflicts of Interest

Some directors of CFA Society France provide CFA program courses. As a result of this, the board of directors of CFA Society France enacted a policy to prevent conflicts of interest; this policy came into force on 18th January 2013.

Those directors are not allowed to use their position as board members to promote their services to any individual in a position to choose (or influence the choice of) a course provider for the CFA program.
