CFA Texas Advocacy Committee
The CFA Societies of Texas Advocacy Committee supports improving the investment environment for every individual in the state of Texas through regulation and legislation that:
• Encourages an investment environment where an investor’s interest is always first
• Fosters transparency, disclosure of conflicts, potential conflicts and costs
• Supports oversight of advisory practices, and enforcement of relevant regulations
