As part of our mission to promote the highest standards of ethics, education, and professional excellence, we have a long history of working with educational institutions in France. Some of these institutions:

  • Incorporate elements of the CFA Program curricula into their degree programs.
  • Offer waivers from graduate school entrance exams or coursework. Learn more.
  • Work with CFA Society France to support student teams in the annual Research Challenge.

 University Affiliation Program

The University Affiliation Program recognizes academic institutions that embed a significant portion of the CFA® Program Candidate Body of Knowledge™ (CBOK) into their curriculum. Through cooperation with universities around the world, we seek to promote ethics-based investment education in university degree programs aimed at developing investment professionals.

 Investment Foundations Academic Program

The Investment Foundations certificate program is a comprehensive global program designed to give everyone a clear understanding of the financial services industry. Students can raise their professional competence by understanding industry functions, relationships, and roles and gaining fundamental knowledge that will help them stand out in a competitive global job market.
We invite universities to further demonstrate their alignment with the financial services industry through our the Investment Foundations Academic Program.

 CFA Institute Research Challenge

The Research Challenge offers university students a unique opportunity to learn from leading industry experts and to compete with their peers from the world’s top finance programs. This annual initiative promotes best practices in equity research among the next generation of analysts through hands-on mentoring and intensive training in company analysis and presentation skills.
