CFA Society Saudi Arabia launched the Young Women in Investment initiative, a specialized program designed to support the development of Saudi female talent entering the investment profession. The initiative brings together a cohort of 12 Saudi young women who are recent graduates or have up to two years of professional experience. The program begins with four weeks of intensive learning delivered by Fitch Learning, followed by eight weeks of hands-on training under the umbrella of the National Development Fund (NDF). CFA Society Saudi Arabia has officially launched the Qodwa Mentorship Program, a one-year initiative designed to support the professional growth and development of Saudi finance professionals through structured mentorship. The program brings together experienced mentors and motivated mentees through a carefully designed selection and matching process, ensuring strong professional alignment and meaningful engagement.
