Stéphane Hédont is Head of ESG at MoZaïC Asset Management, a specialist investment manager focused on Healthcare Real Estate. He is responsible for the firm's sustainability strategy, ESG integration, impact measurement, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder engagement across the MoZaïC Sustainable Healthcare Fund.

Stéphane participates in the Club ESSEC Alumni Sustainable Business network and has contributed to discussions on ESG, technology-driven sustainability solutions, and impact investing. He has also been involved in partnerships related to GRESB, TCFD, TNFD, and broader ESG best practices.
