Michal is an independent financial consultant since 2004. He is active in financial advisory advisory since 1991 and worked more than 12 years in Corporate Finance department of PwC, being mainly involved in financial services, industrial products and utilities sectors. He was involved in ČSOB privatization by KBC, managed the privatization of a bank in Lithuania and acquisitions or sales of financial institutions in Czech Republic and Croatia. He also worked in London office of PwC.
Michal has MBA degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, NY (1992). In 1997 he became one of the first CFA Charterholders in the Czech Republic. He is deputy director for asset management in AKRO investiční společnost, a. s., and member of the Czech National Bank Appeal Commission.
