The Dye Course is the Bridgewater Club's championship 18-hole, par 72 Pete Dye designed course - an Indiana treasure distinct in its character and presentation.


Daniel Siluk is a Portfolio Manager at Janus Henderson Investors, responsible for co-managing the Absolute Return Income strategy and Short Duration Income ETF (VNLA). Mr. Siluk joined Janus when it acquired Kapstream in 2015. Prior to joining Kapstream in 2009, Mr. Siluk served as manager of Investment Analytics at Challenger, a position he held from 2007 to 2009. At Challenger, Mr. Siluk was responsible for providing attribution and risk metrics for the firm's internal funds management business, as well as their boutique partnerships, which included Kapstream. Before Challenger, Mr. Siluk spent four years in London, where he implemented and tested attribution and risk systems. Mr. Siluk's employers included Insight Investment, the funds management arm of Halifax Bank of Scotland and Northern Trust.  Mr. Siluk holds a bachelor of applied finance from Macquarie University. He has 14 years of financial industry experience.

Compensation Survey Results are In!


CFA Society Indianapolis is excited to release the results of our 2016 Financial Compensation Survey.  This in-depth look at compensation levels in our area was conducted with tremendous help from CFA Society Minnesota.

Click here to access the report.  The white paper summarizes high-level survey findings in an easy-to-read format.  Feel free to share this output with anyone who may benefit from it, including colleagues, hiring managers, professors, and so forth.  Also, if you sent this survey to anyone not involved with CFA Society Indianapolis, please forward this message to them, as we have no way to track who took the survey (it was completely anonymous).
