Ruba is a Director at Jordan Capital & Investment Fund (JCIF), the largest private sector investment fund in Jordan. She joined JCIF in November 2022, bringing over 11 years of experience in business valuation, investment banking, financial reporting, and corporate finance.
Prior to JCIF, Ruba served as a Manager at Ernst & Young within the Strategy and Transactions team. She was also Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Finance department at Capital Investments and previously held various roles in Financial Reporting & Analysis at both Hikma Pharmaceuticals and Aramex.
Ruba is a Board Member of the CFA Society Jordan and has served as an Industry Mentor and Grader for the CFA Institute Research Challenge. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Jordan and is a CFA Charterholder.
