Mohammed A. AlRazem is a finance executive with over 24 years of diverse industry experience spanning mining, real estate, public accounting, telecommunications, financial services, and investment management. He began his career in the telecommunications industry with Zain Jordan, where he gained foundational experience in accounting. He later joined the Middle East practice of Ernst & Young, where he specialized in external audits, financial due diligence, and advisory assignments for a broad range of clients in different industries. Mohammed also worked with Sraya Group as a financial controller.
In 2011, Mohammed joined the Arab Potash Company, where he has played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and planning. He currently serves as Senior Vice President – Finance & Support Services (Chief Financial Officer), overseeing key functions including financial performance assessment, treasury and investment management, cost optimization, procurement, and information technology.
Mohammed holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Jordan. He is both a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the United States.
