CFA Society Kazakhstan promotes awareness and understanding of securities analysis, investing, and the operation of the securities markets. CFA Society Kazakhstan members are recognized as ethical, knowledgeable members of the investment decision-making community.
As a not-for profit, educational organization, the mission of CFA Society Kazakhstan is to lead the investment profession in Kazakhstan by promoting the highest standards of ethics, education and professional excellence. We strive to shape the local investment industry to serve the greater good, and to serve as the premier local resource for CFA® charterholders, candidates and other investment professionals.
We aim to:
- Serve all local finance professionals seeking investment management–related education, knowledge, professional development, connection, or inspiration.
- Lead the investment profession in Kazakhstan in the areas of ethics, capital market integrity, and excellence of practice
- To maintain an active program of continuing education.
- To encourage the pursuit of high standards of ethics and professional conduct, and to promote integrity and professionalism.
- To participate, sponsor and/or encourage research education and informational activities.
- To implement, promote and maintain the Code and Standards for investment professionals.
- To encourage the exchange of ideas and communication among investment professionals in Kazakhstan and to further the interests of the Kazakhstani investment community within the global environment.
