Professional Mentoring Program
Each year 60-80 people in our region pass Level 3 and receive their CFA Charterholder Designation. These are the people who have made a commitment to professional excellence and ethics, and who one day will lead our investment community. Many of them are looking for someone willing to offer advice and be a sounding board on topics like:
- How to set goals for next career steps
- Navigating a career transition
- Work/life balance
- Management and leadership roles
New CFA Charterholders can benefit greatly from professional mentoring. That mentor just might be you. Give back this year by getting to know a young professional. Share your knowledge and experience in a meaningful way that helps shape the future of our industry.
Who should apply?
Mentors should be experienced investment industry professionals; both CFA Charterholders and non-charterholders alike are welcome.
Mentees must be members of CFAMN and meet one of the following requirements: a) A less experienced CFA Charterholder b) Passed Level 3 of the CFA exams and are awaiting the experience requirement, or c) Be registered for the 2019 CFA Level 3 exam.
