SHARI FREIDENRICH, CPA
ORANGE COUNTY TREASURER
Ms. Freidenrich was elected as Orange County's Treasurer in 2010 and re-elected in June 2014, and again in June 2018. Shari has implemented many Common Sense Changes that have saved Orange County taxpayers over $900 million since she's been in office. She is responsible for overseeing the County's $9 billion investment pool. Prior to her work with the County of Orange, Ms. Freidenrich was the Elected City Treasurer for the City of Huntington Beach from 1996 to 2010.
Ms. Freidenrich also serves as a trustee for the $15 billion Orange County Employees Retirement System.
MOLLY MURPHY, CFA

ORANGE COUNTY EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM (OCERS)
Ms. Murphy began serving as OCERS' Chief Investment Officer in June 2017.
Prior to assuming her role with OCERS, she served as CIO at Mercy Health, a $5 billion multi-state healthcare system based in Cincinnati, OH.
Ms. Murphy is a recognized investment leader in pension and non-profit investing, with expertise in all aspects of managing multi-asset class portfolios. Prior expertise with several asset management firms providing consultation and customized portfolio solutions to institutional clients.
VICE-PRESIDENT, CAREER EDUCATION AND TALENT DEVELOPMENT AT CEO LEADERSHIP ALLIANCE ORANGE COUNTY (CLA-OC).
CLA-OC is a member organization of C-Suite leaders from OC's leading businesses, collaborating on long-range strategies to invest strategically in the county's human capital to drive prosperity and a thriving OC for all. Formerly the Executive Director of OC Pathways, at the Orange County Department of Education, Amy has extensive experience in workforce development, intersegmental systems alignment, and immersive technologies in the classroom, business, and industry. She speaks across the nation on the future of work and learning and has led education and workforce initiatives as a consultant for the California Community College Chancellor's Office, the Los Angeles Orange County Regional Consortium of Colleges, local Chambers of Commerce, County Offices of Education in California, Futuro Health's online Pandemic Readiness Courses, and most recently co-designed and teaches the Online Teaching Essentials course that is listed as a recommended resource by Governor Newsom's Task Force on Business & Jobs Recovery.
LISA SPARKS, PH.D
ORANGE COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION (DISTRICT 5)
DEAN OF THE SCHOOL OF COMMUNICATION, CHAPMAN UNIVERSITY
Dr. Sparks is the Inaugural Dean of the School of Communication and Endowed Professor at Chapman University, Orange, CA. Dr. Sparks was recently elected as a public official to serve on the Orange County Board of Education, Trustee Area 5 serving from 2018-2022.
Further, she was competitively selected as an International Fellow by the Faculty Graduate School and Department of Communication Science at Vriet Universitiet Amsterdam, Amsterdam, Netherlands 2015-17. From 2008-2017, Dr. Sparks served as Full Member of the Chao Family/NCI Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of California, Irvine in the School of Medicine, Division of Population Sciences; and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Population Health and Disease
Prevention, Program in Public Health. Prior to joining Chapman in 2006, Dr. Sparks occupied faculty positions at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and the University of Texas at San Antonio.
