Dr. John Rutledge
Dr. John Rutledge was one of the principal architects of the Reagan economic plan in 1980-81 and adviser the Bush White House on tax policy and Gulf issues. Dr. Rutledge is Chief Investment Strategist at SAFANAD, a global principal investment firm in New York, London, and Dubai. Prior to SAFANAD, he was the Chairman of Rutledge Capital, a private equity investment firm. Dr. Rutledge is also Economics Contributor for CNBC, and Professor of Economics at Claremont Graduate University. He sits on a number of boards of directors for public and private companies. Dr. Rutledge is Honorary Professor at the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chief Adviser for Finance and Investment to the Governor of the Haidian District in Beijing, the home of China's major universities and the center of venture capital activity in China. He is Chairman of Tara's Kids, a non-profit organization that builds libraries and computer centers for schools in remote villages in China, Tibet, and elsewhere.

Inga Rachwald is a Director and Investment Portfolio Strategist supporting Schwab Asset Management™. Ms. Rachwald is focused on representing Schwab Asset Management's actively managed and environment, social, and governance (ESG) investment strategies to clients, advisers, sales channels, and the media. She also contributes to various value-add content focused on investor education.
Previously, Ms. Rachwald led Schwab Asset Management's Product Management, Development, and Strategy Team supporting active equity and alternatives products and solutions. Prior to joining Schwab in 2016, she spent six years at RS Investments as a senior product manager and product specialist responsible for RS Investments' suite of actively managed fundamental and quantitative equity strategies. Her focus at RS included product strategy and development, in addition to several client-facing roles. Prior to RS Investments, Ms. Rachwald spent five years at RCM Capital Management, an affiliate of Allianz Global Investors, as a product specialist and consultant relations manager where she focused on product strategy, business development, and client service for institutional and consultant channels.
Ms. Rachwald earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from Duke University Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of California, Berkeley. She holds Series 6, 7, 24, and 63 licenses.
Meg Bavaro, CIMA
Bavaro is a vice president and advisor consultant covering the northern Los
Angeles area and California coast. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2020, she was the
southwest divisional sales manager at Wells Fargo Asset Management. Over her
career, she has marketed an array of financial products to investment
professionals and private wealth advisors in Los Angeles and Hawaii, and she
often presents at financial conferences. She has 30 years of investment experience
and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University. She received an undergraduate
degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ms. Bavaro is a
Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®).

Brian has oversight over Mariner Platform Solutions, a fee-for-service platform that offers advisors technology, business infrastructure and access to tenured teams, including investment management, tax and trust services, to help run their practices more efficiently and increase their capacity to serve clients. In his role, he oversees business development and works closely with advisors to help elevate their client experience, increase their value proposition and grow their business. Brian has had a variety of different leadership roles within Mariner Wealth Advisors.
Prior to joining Mariner Wealth Advisors in 2010, Brian was head of the Preferred Planning platform at UBS, where he managed a group of professionals who provided comprehensive wealth advice to high-net-worth clients. While in that role, he advised the firm's wealthiest clients on heavily concentrated equity positions, philanthropic planning and wealth transfer strategies. Before joining UBS, Brian was a consultant in the Financial Planning and Tax Services department of Ernst & Young, LLP, where he provided investment and tax strategies to individual and corporate clients.

Christian Kameir is a managing partner at Sustany Capital, a thesis-driven venture capital firm investing in decentralized finance, money, and legal technologies. Chris has been a tech entrepreneur since the internet dial-up days and led the merger of two of the earliest internet service providers in Europe. In 2000 he moved to California to start a technology venture fund. Chris studied classical literature, is certified in neuro-linguistic programming, and a graduate of Muenster's School of Law. He is a board member at Open Travel, co-chair of the Banking and Financial Services Interest Group at the Decentralized Identity Foundation, and lectures at Harvard. The Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and the NOVA School of Law. Chris writes and speaks on topics ranging from high-tech investing to decentralized finance, identity and blockchain. His current book project - working title 'Streaming Money' - will be published in Q2/2022.
Tim Wilkinson, CIMA
Tim is responsible for representing IGC's personal and professional development programs to financial professionals across the West and Midwest. Tim joined Invesco when the firm combined with OppenheimerFunds in 2019. Prior to joining OppenheimerFunds in 2014, he was head of training and development, as well as manager of the national sales desk at Voya Investment Management. Tim's earlier experience includes serving as team manager and trainer at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., where he managed teams of brokers and was a member of the training team that took Schwab's financial professionals into the wealth management stage of their business. He began his career in financial services in 1996 as an advisor with Prudential Securities. Tim earned a BS in organizational communications from the University of New Mexico, and he holds the Certified Fund Specialist, Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor and Certified Investment Management Analyst designations, as well as the Series 7, 9/10 and 63 registrations. Christopher Nutt, CFA, CAIA, CIRA
Christopher Nutt is the Head of Portfolio & Risk Management at Yieldstreet. He supports Yieldstreet's investment processes, including (1) evaluating risk profiles of investments during pre-transaction diligence and Investment Committees; (2) monitoring and measuring investment and portfolio health and performance during the investment period; (3) overseeing portfolio risk management, portfolio level concentration, and performance scenario analysis; (4) developing portfolio risk analytics frameworks; and (5) implementation of workout strategies for underperforming investments.
Christopher is experienced in all aspects of the investment process from the initial underwriting/ pre-transaction diligence and investigations, to post close portfolio and asset management oversight including turnaround and recovery management.
Prior to Yieldstreet, Christopher was in J.P. Morgan's Corporate and Investment Bank for over 13 years, most recently in the Special Credits Group where he managed investments through bankruptcies, distressed situations, and liability management transactions across all industries. Previous roles in J.P. Morgan's Investment Bank included developing quantitative and qualitative credit portfolio analytics and stress testing models and frameworks for JPM's Credit Portfolio, Credit Portfolio Finance covering loss reserves, and providing cash management and treasury/liquidity solutions to JPMorgan's Investment Banking businesses.
Christopher received his Master of Science in Risk Management degree from New York University Stern School of Business and took on additional coursework at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), and Amsterdam Institute of Finance (AIF). Andy Mark, CFA
Andy Mark is a senior vice president and credit strategist in the Newport Beach office, focused on credit alternatives, including private credit strategies. He previously focused on multi-sector fixed income strategies for the firm, including total return, global and emerging markets. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2015, he was a currency trader and operations analyst at Artisan Partners and also served five years on active duty as an officer in the U.S. Army. He holds an undergraduate degree in history from Marquette University.
Anthony joined iCapital in 2016 to help build the alternative investment platform from its early conception. He has focused on a number of roles, working with RIAs, GPs, enterprise partners and iCapital's educational efforts. Prior to iCapital, Anthony held important positions with firms including Highland Capital and Artio Global Investors. He's has worked closely with influential wealth advisors, family offices and institutional clients focusing on alternative investments, primarily in private equity and hedge funds. He has also been an advocate, speaking at industry events highlighting the need for expanded access for individual investors to alternative investments.
