CFA Society Orlando is pleased to offer a CFA Mentorship Program! The program is designed specifically for Level 2 candidates to assist them with passing the exam, as well as with career development. Since inception, our candidates as a whole have had a higher pass rate than the global pass rate, and our program has been featured numerous times by Connextions, CFA Institute's publication that features CFA societies stories and successes. Read more on our mentorship program in the November 2016 issue of CFA Institute's Connexions publication as well as in the May 2019 Power of CFA Societies Article. Launched in 2016, this is the first Level 2 Mentor Program of its kind among the 150+ CFA Societies globally. We have been credited with helping to launch other mentor programs globally, including the mentor program for the largest CFA society in the world, CFA New York, which started their program in 2019. Please see this flyer for more information or feel free to email us at education@cfaorlando.org.

Mentee Requirements:
1) Level 2 ​candidate residing in Central Florida​
2) Available for at least four one-on-one mentoring sessions (via phone or in person, but in person recommended)​

Mentor Requirements:
1) 5 years experience in financial services and CFA charter holder
2) Available for at least 4 one-on-one mentoring sessions (via phone or in person, but in person recommended)
3) Member of CFA Society of Orlando​​
