   SCOTT HENSHAW, CFA

Scott is a Senior Client Portfolio Manager for Alternatives and Private Credit strategies where he structures solutions to meet client objectives by communicating and delivering the Private Credit team's toolkit and expertise. He joined TD Asset Management in 2018.

Scott also writes thought leadership papers and fund and macroeconomic commentaries, and is a subject matter expert in portfolio reviews, finalist presentations, business development meetings and conferences. Scott leverages his knowledge of client, portfolios and process to create a positive client experience.

He started his career in 1999 as an investment banker (M&A, Private Equity) before moving to buy-side roles in derivative-based portfolio management and private debt.

Scott holds a B.A. with Honours in Economics from Queen’s University, an M.A. in Economics from the University of Victoria and an MBA from Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. He also sat on the Institutional Asset Management Committee of the Toronto CFA Society for over a decade.
