We want to create innovative solutions to our most suffocating struggles, but in order for that to happen, our brains can’t be stuck in survival mode. Feeling stressed and afraid is an arousal state and an over stimulated brain needs systems to get back our sense of wonder and curiosity. When we give our brains a framework to attach to, we feel more in control and ready to move forward, instead of feeling frozen in place.
