Overview
CFA Society Kuwait promotes the highest ethical standards and professional excellence within the local investment community. CFA Society Kuwait is an association of local investment professionals, consisting of portfolio managers, security analysts, investment advisors and other financial practitioners, that has served CFA charter holders and CFA Program candidates locally since 2008.
Mission
The mission of CFA Society Kuwait is to:
- advance the interest of the Kuwait investment community by promoting and maintaining the highest standards of professional excellence and integrity;
- contribute to the development of Kuwait capital markets;
- contribute to the continued education and professional development of investment professionals in Kuwait; and
- actively promote the CFA program in Kuwait.
The society strives to contribute to the development of the investment sector in Kuwait through interactions with decision makers and creating awareness of the CFA Program among students, employers and employees. CFA Society Kuwait also locally represents its parent organization, CFA Institute, and connects members to a global network of investment professionals.
CFA Society Kuwait is a member society of CFA Institute. There are 150+ CFA societies around the world that support the mission of CFA Institute at a local level and provide members with career growth, information exchange, and professional networking opportunities.
