The Youth Ambassadors Program (YAP) is a committee of volunteers from the potential affiliated and the affiliated university, supported by CFA Society Malaysia and CFA Institute, the global association of investment professionals. The initiative will onboard two (2) or three (3) full-time students nominated by CFA Society Malaysia from each university. The Youth Ambassadors will volunteer their time to serve as the Voice of Youth for one year to support the Society in creating opportunities for the youth. The Youth Ambassadors will be ranked based on a transparent performance metrics.
The initiative also provides opportunities and support for the Youth Ambassadors to interact with industry professionals, learn more about the industry, and build their profiles for their potential career marketability with potential employers.
