CFA Society Cincinnati Member Attendance Policy:

If you are registered for an event and are unable to attend, a cancellation must be received by the Registration Deadline (listed per event).

We understand that on occasion, things can change unexpectedly, so we are allowing one "free" missed event without penalty per programming season. However, after the second event has been missed without canceling by the Registration Deadline, we will require that the non-member registration fee for the missed event be paid before another event can be attended. 

Please note that if you are unable to attend an event and want to send a colleague in your place, they must be a member of the CFA Society in order to enjoy free registration. Non-members attending in a member's place will be asked to pay the registration fee at the door.
