CFA Institute - AI At Work in Finance

This webinar focuses on how organizations are navigating internal management challenges related to AI adoption. Rather than focusing on technical implementation, the session will explore the human and organizational aspects of AI governance: including adoption hurdles, compliance, governance structures, workforce readiness, and aligning AI initiatives with business priorities. While the topic addresses leadership themes, the framing will also speak to individual contributors and middle managers whose work is increasingly shaped by AI-driven tools and decisions. The content will be tailored to address governance and compliance specifically within the finance and investment space, with a focus on the real-world impact AI is having on teams, roles, and decision-making structures. And it can incorporate key findings from CFA Institute’s RAS AI research to further align with priorities.
