KIM ABMEYER

Kim Abmeyer, CFA, CFP® provides highly personalized strategic wealth and portfolio management expertise to her established business professional and business owner clients. Focused on tax efficiency, she customizes investment portfolios and provides deep dive financial planning specific to high-net-worth individual and business owner needs. 

Kim began her career as a sales assistant with a team at Dain Rauscher, then spent over a decade with Bear Stearns/JP Morgan Securities. After becoming the sole advisor to the practice during that time, she joined Raymond James and Associates, then transitioned to their Independent Advisor Division. As client needs evolved and the practice grew, she concluded it was time to move her business to ORG Partners and launched Abmeyer Wealth Management early last year. The firm focuses on comprehensive financial planning and investment management for high net-worth individuals and entities.

 After earning a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas-Austin, Kim completed her M.B.A. with a Financial and Estate Planning concentration from the University of Dallas. She also holds the esteemed CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation.

RYAN BAILEY

Ryan Bailey is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and strategic leadership. He currently holds the position of Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner at Paradigm Institutional Investments, where he oversees both discretionary and non-discretionary investment practices. In this role, Ryan provides guidance and expertise across various areas, including manager research, Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, governance, and all functions of a high-performing non-profit investment office.

Prior to joining Paradigm, Ryan served as Co-Chief Investment Officer at Investment Office Resources and was a co-founder of Carbonado Partners, LLC. His previous experience includes a notable tenure as the Head of Investments at Children's Health System of Texas, where he managed a $1.8 billion investment portfolio for the hospital's pension, foundation, operating cash, and long-term pools. As the inaugural investment officer for the hospital, Ryan played a crucial role in establishing the department and implementing effective systems, processes, and governance structures.

Before his time at Children's Health, Ryan served as an Investment Officer and Interim Chief Investment Officer at the Meadows Foundation, where he led due diligence efforts, contributed to strategic asset allocation development, and developed and executed investment strategies to achieve competitive performance.

Ryan is a Yale University graduate, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He possesses several certifications, including Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and Chartered Market Technician (CMT). Ryan's career began with the founding of a trading company at the World Trade Center in 2000, and after surviving the events of 9/11, he relocated to Dallas, Texas.

Throughout his career, Ryan has been recognized for his exceptional contributions and industry expertise. He was featured in D magazine in June 2011, named one of the "40 under 40" by Asset International–Chief Investment Officer Magazine (aiCIO) in April 2015, and was a finalist for the aiCIO's 2015 Next Generation Award. He received the Institutional Investor 2016 Investor Intelligence Award for Healthcare Institutions' Portfolio Construction and was a finalist for CIO Magazine's Industry Innovation Award for Healthcare in 2017. In addition, Ryan was awarded Institutional Investor's Healthcare System of the Year Award in 2018.

Ryan actively serves as a director on the boards of Blue Dolphin Energy (BDCO), the Texas Alternative Investment Association, Bridgeway Capital Management, STREAM (Strengthening Racial Equality in Asset Management) Foundation, Portfolios with Purpose, Dallas CFA Society, and is an Angel for the Texas Wall Street Women. Furthermore, he serves on the Investment Committees for the Texas Employee Retirement System, American Heart Association, Dallas Police and Fire, and Parkland Hospital, reflecting his commitment to contributing to various organizations and causes.

MALAV DANI 

Malav Dani is a seasoned finance and technology professional with over 5 years of experience in various key roles. He currently serves as a Sr. Analyst, ALM & Risk Analytics at Toyota Financial Services, where he develops financial models, conducting in-depth balance sheet analysis, and crafting interest rate and liquidity risk analyses.

Previously, Malav contributed his financial acumen as a Financial Analyst in Capital Markets at Trinity Industries, where he constructed models to assess debt structures, go-to-market strategies, and designed interest rate hedging strategies. At Trinity Industries, Malav started as a Data Analyst in Finance, contributing his skills in forecasting yield on railcar portfolios, reconstructing income statements, and designing financial models tailored for distinct market segments. His leadership was also evident through his role as an internal instructor in SQL & QLIK training programs. Malav's career journey began as an Analyst in Finance at JBS Swift USA, where he spearheaded a comprehensive project using robust data analytics to assess the ramifications of inefficient operations, ultimately leading to enhanced EBIT (%).

Outside of his professional pursuits, Malav indulges in a range of interests and hobbies, including boxing, Padel sports, and reading on investment strategies and portfolio management.

Malav holds a Masters of Science in Data Analytics with a minor in Management from Naveen Jindal School of Management (2018) and a Bachelors of Technology in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Nirma University (2016). Malav also holds the esteemed CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter.  

MITCHELL PARKER

Mitchell is currently the Associate Director of Investments and Finance at Net Lease Properties.  Net Lease focuses on Single Tenant Retail Acquisition and Development throughout the country.  Mitchell’s main focuses at Net Lease are underwriting all new investment opportunities, asset management of existing properties, portfolio management and construction, maintaining debt and equity relationships, and capital/cash management.  During his time at Net Lease, Mitchell has closed on over 275 properties with a total value of over $540M occupying over 750K SF.  Prior to joining Net Lease, Mitchell worked at Trademark Property Company on the investment underwriting and asset management teams and Q Investments.  In his role at Trademark, Mitchell worked on 10 different assets totaling over 7M SF.  While at Q, Mitchell worked on the Triple Net Financial team, a private debt division of the Hedge Fund focused on lending 100% cost for STNL retail development.  Mitchell closed and serviced over 100 loans totaling $150M+ and served on the Triple Net Financial Investment Committee. He also worked as an assistant asset manager on office properties in the Q Real Estate Portfolio.

Mitchell holds a Master of Science in Finance Degree from the McCombs College of Business at The University of Texas at Austin and undergraduate degrees in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University.  Mitchell is a CFA charter holder and active member of the CFA Society of DFW.  Mitchell is also a member of The Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth where he serves as a co-chair of the Young Leaders Council and is a Young Guns member of The Real Estate Council of Dallas.

LEIGH SANSONE

Leigh is a Founding Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Paceline, where she also serves as a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to forming Paceline, Leigh was most recently the Chief Investment Officer at Hudson Advisors, LLC (“Hudson”), the asset management affiliate of Lone Star Funds. Prior to being named CIO, Leigh held various roles within the organization as a Senior Managing Director and as a member of the Lone Star Senior Management Team. Beginning in 2008, Leigh served as a Managing Director responsible for building the New York team which would capitalize on the dislocation in the residential mortgage market, leading the sourcing, underwriting, and asset management of a $125B portfolio by original UPB comprised of non-performing residential whole loans, mortgage servicing rights, and structured products across multiple series of Lone Star Opportunity Funds (VI –X). During this time, Leigh also served on the Investment Committee of the $1.3B Lone Star Residential Mortgage Fund. Leigh was promoted to the Lone Star North American region team in 2001 to work on the U.S. origination effort for Lone Star Fund III. Leigh began her career at Hudson Advisors in 1998, as part of the North American asset management team which was responsible for the disposition of the assets in Lone Star Fund I, spanning a tenure of twenty years.

Leigh currently serves on the Advisory Board of Paceline portfolio companies: RELAM, Inc., Quick Fitting, LLC, and AHF Products, LLC. Leigh was involved in the formation, and still maintains an active role in the continued strategy of Gradus, which has a mission to invest in impactful non-profit organizations in Dallas which empower children and their families to use their natural gifts and talents to reach their highest potential, and to pursue excellence in school, in work and in life. In 2023, Leigh was named to Pensions & Investments list of “Influential Women in Institutional Investing”, which celebrates women who are having an outsized impact on the professional investment and retirement market as well as driving positive change across the industry. Leigh graduated with honors from Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance and is a CFA charterholder.
