CFA Society Dallas/Fort Worth Volunteer Opportunities

Your CFA Society needs you!  We are looking to add committee members to many different areas within the local CFA Society.  Expand your network, boost your career, provide your perspective, and enhance our relevance by becoming a volunteer. You can volunteer in many ways—from short-term commitments to project-based opportunities, to committee appointments—either in-person or online. These include Programs, Candidate Mentorship, Young Professionals, University Relations and Membership Committees.

Program Committee

The Programs Committee focus is to provide relevant educational programs, networking events, and any other professional activities that are appropriate for our membership and the financial community.

Membership Committee

The Membership Committee goal is to evaluate member benefits and objectively review our membership offering to ensure the highest value is delivered to our members

Young Professionals Committee

The Young Professionals Committee emphasis is to offer a few events per year that are applicable to our young professional members (under 40 years of age)

 

Candidate Mentorship Program

The Candidate Mentorship Committee focus is to help our CFA candidates in studying for the exam(s) and assist to strengthen relationships between other CFA/DFW candidates.

University Relations

The University Relations Committee objective is to connect with university students and professors to promote the CFA charter and its career benefits.
