CFA Society Norway is pleased to invite you to a session with Per Einar Ellefsen and Gautier Rousseau respectively CEO and CIO and both co-founders of Amundsen Investment Management (IM). Prior to founding Amundsen IM, Per Einar was Global Head of Equity Enhanced Indexing at Norwegain sovereign wealth fund (NBIM). In that role, he oversaw the investment strategy and portfolio management of the funds $700bn equity index portfolio. Gautier was a Senior Portfolio Manager at the Norwegian sovereign wealth fund (2012-2020) where he set up the fund's investment strategy dedicated to equity capital markets events.
Amundsen IM is an independant investment firm located in Paris and Oslo that provide equity financing to companies going through an IPO or raising equity in the public markets. Amundsen IM is a global fundamental investor that is agnostic to the companies' sector or country of activity, but seek to assess the fundamental equity story behind each company and in accordance with their ESG policy.
In this session, Per and Gautier will present Amundsen IM, the IPO landscape in EMEA and the Nordics and the journey moving from working at NBIM to creating their own asset management company, as well as other interesting trends they see in current markets.
