This month we are hosting a virtual panel discussing the barriers faced at board level by female and minority candidates and exploring some of the practical steps taken to address them. During the hour, we will revisit the business case for diversity on boards – a factor that has been increasingly important to defend in the current US landscape.
Joining us on the panel are Crista Bailey, Chief Business Development officer at social impact venture illumyn Impact, and Gaby Bianchi, Director of BoardLead at Cause Strategy Partners. The moderator for this panel is Fionna Ross, Head of Americas Sustainability Institute at Aberdeen and CFAP SITLG Program Committee Member.
