Lucy’s interest in investing started early—sparked by family conversations about personal finance and a 529 plan her grandfather started when she was a baby. After studying biology at Carleton College, she followed that curiosity into the investment industry, building a career focused on portfolio management and manager research. Today, she leads public markets research at her firm, translating complex investment analysis into clear insights that help colleagues and clients make confident decisions.
