Monica Kras has over 12 years of Capital Markets experience in both North American and European markets. She has been involved with hundreds of capital raises for publicly listed and private equities and brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen understanding of market dynamics.

Prior to NexGen, Ms. Kras served as Director of Institutional Equity Sales at Canaccord Genuity, where she headed up Canadian equity distribution into the United Kingdom and Europe. Ms. Kras began her career in financial services as a sales associate with ScotiaMecLeod, before transitioning to Institutional Sales at Beacon Securities, and eventually joining Canaccord in 2024.

Ms. Kras holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario specializing in Economics.
