Ms. Laurie Thomas is the Chief Executive Officer of Riverboat Energy Corp. Riverboat Energy Corp. is a private exploration company focused on the natural resources sector. The Company’s principal focus is to explore and advance the Lake Nipigon, Vista, and St. Martin projects which are all located in Canada.
Ms. Thomas is currently a Director on F3 Uranium Corp.’s Board where she is also Chair of the Audit Committee. Laurie joined F3 Uranium Corp. in September 2023. Ms. Thomas is also part of the economic advisory team for Kawacatoose Development Corporation (KDC). KDC is the business development and economic arm of the Kawacatoose First Nation and has a clear focus on fostering sustainable economic growth and self-determination within the First Nation by providing strategic guidance, developing partnerships, investment, and support for economic initiatives.
Ms. Thomas has over two decades of strategic and commercial leadership experience in the energy sector, spanning audit and consulting, risk management, reporting, disclosure and mining finance. She worked for Cameco Corporation until 2017 then moved on to UEX Corporation where she was the Vice President of Corporate Communications until August 2019. She has also held positions at Standard Uranium Ltd. and MAS Gold before leaving there to become the Controller at Prairie Agricultural Machinery Institute in Humboldt, SK. which she resigned from in November 2023.
Ms. Thomas is a Past Director on the Meadow Lake Tribal Council Industrial Investment (MLTCII) Board where she was also Chair of the Audit Committee. Laurie joined MLTCII in October 2020 and resigned in June 2024.
Ms. Thomas is a Past Director of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Saskatchewan and Past Chair of the Audit Committee, and she was also a Board member for the Rules Committee.
Ms. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in accounting from the University of Saskatchewan. She obtained a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 2008. She is also one of the first graduates of the CIRI/Ivey Business School Investor Relations Certification Program (CPIR) and received her fellowship in 2022 from the Canadian Institute of Investor Relations.

With more than 21 years of experience in uranium and nuclear, Cory has had extensive exposure to various aspects of the industry, developing a multifaceted understanding of the nuclear energy and mining sectors, and of complex, heavily regulated business environments in general.
He joined Cameco Corporation in 2003 and pursued a highly diversified career that began with seven years in exploration geology and remote project management, including planning and delivery of the Millennium delineation and Rabbit Lake exploration programs over multiple years. His time on Cameco’s exploration team was followed by a variety of corporate roles, building expertise and business acumen as corporate strategic planner in strategy, director of disclosure in investor relations, and oversight and redevelopment of the company's enterprise risk management and corporate insurance departments.
At the beginning of 2019, Cory took a four-year opportunity to move to Astana, Kazakhstan to lead a new investor relations function at Kazatomprom, the National Atomic Company of Kazakhstan and world’s largest uranium producer, following its IPO on the London Stock Exchange at the end of 2018.
In February 2023, he returned to Canada and to Cameco, where he took the role of director on the investor relations team and was appointed vice-president of IR in July 2024.

Erin Taman Athmer is the Associate Vice-President, Nuclear Stakeholder Management at the Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) where she leads the team responsible for engagement related to microreactors.
She has broad business experience having worked in engagement, communications/marketing, economic impact assessment and corporate social responsibility.
