Nataliia Shpygotska holds the position of Deputy Head of the Research Department at Dragon Capital, earned her PhD in Economic Sciences in Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko, majoring in finance. Nataliia is a CFA charterholder.
Nataliia joined CFA Board in 2020 and was engaged in professional education projects. In 2019, Natalia became the CFA Society Ukraine Volunteer of the Year, and in 2021 she received an award for contributing to the development of CFA Society Ukraine. She was also nominated for the CFA Institute Volunteer of the Year in 2022.
