    Topic: Digital Infrastructure Credit: A Compelling Investment Case Supporting Responsible Growth in an Increasingly Digital World Synopsis: Digital Infrastructure is a crucial asset class that facilitates the provision of mission-critical bandwidth, connectivity, and computer resources across multiple use cases. Patrick and Sean will provide a background on the sustainable, secular demand drivers for digital infrastructure and elaborate on the fundamental characteristics that support an attractive investing framework. Speakers: Patrick Fear and Sean Kennedy from Alliance Bernstein Sean Kennedy joined AB in 2014 and is a Director of AB Private Credit Investors, where he is involved in originations primarily focused on the digital infrastructure and services sector as well as generalist sponsor coverage. He was formerly a director on the Credit team at AB Private Credit Investors, where he was involved in structuring, underwriting and execution, and portfolio management. Prior to joining AB-PCI, Kennedy was an associate in the Fixed Income Global Credit Research Group at AB, focusing on high-yield and leveraged-loan transactions. Prior to that, Kennedy was an associate in the Asset and Principal Finance Group at Nomura Securities. He holds a BS in business administration from Carnegie Mello University. Speakers: Jeff John, CFA, is a vice president and senior portfolio manager for American Century Investments, a premier investment manager headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. He is based in the company’s Kansas City, Missouri office. Jeff co-manages and provides fundamental equity research and analysis for the U.S. Small Cap Value and U.S. Small Cap Value Income strategies. He has been a member of this team since joining American Century Investments in 2008. Previously, he was an equity research analyst with Kornitzer Capital Management – Buffalo Funds Group in Shawnee Mission, Kansas.
