Fran Skinner, CFA, CPA is an investment industry leader with more than three decades of experience in finance, leadership and talent development within top-tier firms such as Mellon Bank, Allstate Investments, and Diamond Hill Capital Management. She is co-founder and partner of AUM Partners, LLC, a consulting firm dedicated to developing leaders and building high-performing teams across the investment community.

A seasoned keynote speaker and workshop facilitator, Fran regularly presents to senior leaders and investment professionals at industry events including CFA Society programs, Barron’s forums, and Bob Veres Insider’s Forum among others. Audiences appreciate her ability to translate leadership and talent insights into practical, actionable strategies that improve team performance and firm outcomes.
