Julius is a Manager in the Deal Advisory unit at KPMG Ghana, specializing in corporate finance and transaction advisory services across various sectors such as financial services, private equity, consumer and industrial markets, energy and natural resources, telecommunications, and real estates. He leads a dynamic team in delivering client solutions in capital market valuation, due diligence, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and financial modeling. With over 8 years of experience in finance, he is also a lead trainer for the KPMG West Africa Deals & Transaction Advisory team. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of several other professional bodies.
