イヤーエンドパーティ2023ー実りのある年を振り返って飛躍の前兆を共感ー
2023年12月14日に、本暦年のイヤーエンドパーティを学士会館にて開催いたし、盛況に終えました。日本CFA協会の会員や受験者の皆様に加え、日本CFA協会の活動にご支持とご応援を頂いた皆様など、約180名もの方々にご参加いただきました。
イベントの前半では日本取引所グループCEOの山道裕己様をお招きしご講演いただきました。2023年は、東京証券取引所発の上場企業への改革要請を始めとする、コーポレートガバナンスにかかる大きな取り組みが実り、海外からも大いに注目が集まり、高く評価されました。ご講演は来場者皆様に今後の改革の進展を期待させる貴重な内容でした。
パーティ中盤のボランティアアワードセッションでは、１年間ボランティアとして日本CFA協会の活動を支えて頂いたボランティアの皆様の表彰を行い、記念品を贈呈しました。
最後の余興セッションとしてラッキー賞の抽選も行い、来場者の皆様は楽しい時間を共に過ごすことができました。 イヤーエンドパーティは日本CFA協会の大型年中行事の一つとして、協会員及び関係者の方々にとって良い一年間の締めくくりになりました。
メンバーシップ・コミッティは来年も多様なイベントを企画し、協会員同士並びに外部関係者の間のコミュニケーションの活性化を促進いたしますので、引き続き多くの方からのご参加をお待ちします。

Year End Party 2023 ー Looking Back at a Fruitful Year and Looking Out towards Higher Visions
On December 14, 2023, CFA Society Japan held its year end party at Gakushi Kaikan. The event was very successful as it attracted approximately 180 people, including society members and candidates, as well as related parties who had supported society activities. In the first half of the event, we were honored to welcome Mr. Hiromi Yamaji, CEO of Japan Exchange Group, to deliver a speech. The year 2023 was marked by major efforts in corporate governance, including the Tokyo Stock Exchange's request for reforms to listed companies, which also attracted much attention and acclaim from overseas investors. This was a valuable opportunity for attendees to become aware of the expectations and progress for future reforms.
The event featured a volunteer awards session where the volunteers from all the four committees who supported the society’s activities in the past year were recognized for their strong achievements and contributions.
The grand finale of the event featured a lucky draw session where five lucky winners were awarded special prizes. The Year End Party marked a strong conclusion for a fruitful year for our society.
The Membership Committee will continue to organize a wide variety of events in the coming year to promote networking opportunities among society members.
