Harrisburg Magazine recently raved that Café Fresco is “simply the best downtown restaurant.” A variety of tasty appetizers and refreshments will be offered. As with all CFAP social events, you are encouraged to bring a guest. The event is open to CFAP members, CFA candidates and non-member professionals. You can sign up your guests when you register. This event is being produced by CFAP Central PA. CFAP Central PA is a special interest group of the Society.     22nd Annual Forecast Dinner

    On Thursday, January 15, 2026, CFA Society Philadelphia (“CFAP”) will host its 22nd Annual Forecast Dinner from 5:00PM to 8:00PM. We are pleased to announce that the event will return to the Union League of Philadelphia. This prestigious private club is a Philadelphia icon, built in 1862 as a patriotic society to support the policies of Abraham Lincoln. CFAP, a founding Society of the CFA Institute, was established in 1943 as a forum for the exchange of information in the investment community. CFAP has over 2,500 members with a reach that includes eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. The Annual Forecast Dinner is CFAP’s marquee event. Each year, over 350 investment professionals come to hear industry leaders discuss the year ahead. We have an exciting panel looking forward to providing their thoughts on the financial markets and the economy for the year ahead. Our panelists for this year are:      Lindsay Rosner, CFA Head Of Multi-sector Investing Goldman Sachs Lindsay Rosner, CFA, is currently the Head of Multi-Sector Investing at Goldman Sachs, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Lindsay served as a Senior Portfolio Manager at PGIM Fixed Income from July 2012 to September 2023, overseeing multi-sector fixed income portfolios, including those focused on ESG initiatives. Lindsay's experience also includes serving as a Portfolio Manager at PGIM Fixed Income, where responsibilities involved trading agency mortgage-backed securities and managing Core Conservative mandates. Earlier in the career, Lindsay worked as a Vice President at Barclays Capital, specializing in convertible bond trading, and as an Analyst at Lehman Brothers in a similar trading capacity. Educational background includes a degree from Princeton University, completed in 2006.      Crit Thomas, CFA, CAIA, CIPM Global Market Strategist Touchstone Investments Crit Thomas is the Global Market Strategist for Touchstone Investments and team leader for the Touchstone Asset Allocation Committee, which provides thought leadership on capital markets and portfolio construction. In his role as Global Market Strategist, Mr. Thomas is responsible for developing investment strategies based on current market conditions in order to meet varying investment goals and objectives. Additionally, Mr. Thomas serves as Touchstone’s spokesperson regarding investment themes and strategies. Mr. Thomas began his career over 30 years ago as an economist for the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio, later moving on to positions in equity research while serving as Director of Research, Portfolio Management and Director of Equity Growth for various investment firms in the Midwest. Mr. Thomas earned a BS in Business Administration in Finance from The Ohio State University. He is a CFA Chartholder and a member of the CFA Institute, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst Charterholder and a member of the CAIA Association and holds the Certificate in Performance Measurement designation.      Henrietta Treyz Co-Founder | Director of Economic Policy Veda Partners Henrietta has been providing investors with economic policy analysis for over 15 years, leading the Veda policy team through trade wars, global pandemic, recession, financial services reform, healthcare reform, and various trade policies of multiple administrations impacting the global marketplace and investment community. Henrietta’s analysis is derived from legislative, regulatory, and political events nationally and at the state level on issues as diverse as tariffs, fiscal stimulus, tax legislation (corporate and individual), the debt ceiling, and other economic and fiscal priorities of Washington, D.C. Henrietta’s longstanding relationships with Administration, Agency, Senate and House members and staff run the ideological gamut and her approach to making directional calls for investors hinges on understanding the motives and voting tendencies of all manner of public officials.  Henrietta led the macroeconomic policy team at a DC-based broker-dealer for eight years after working in the U.S. Senate covering the Senate Finance, Banking, and Budget Committees most critically during the Great Recession. Henrietta has covered mid-term and general elections for investors in each general and midterm election since 2010. She holds a BA in political science and literature from Fordham University.
