CFA Society Saudi Arabia has officially launched the Qodwa Mentorship Program, a one-year initiative designed to support the professional growth and development of Saudi finance professionals through structured mentorship.
The program brings together experienced mentors and motivated mentees through a carefully designed selection and matching process, ensuring strong professional alignment and meaningful engagement. Mentors were identified from active society members with relevant industry experience, while mentees were selected based on predefined professional and educational criteria.
Following the mentor–mentee pairing, communication channels were established to support collaboration and ongoing interaction throughout the program. The Qodwa Program was officially launched by the Program Chair, Mr. Maan Alkheleiwi, marking the start of a year-long mentorship journey.
Regular follow-ups and check-ins are planned to ensure progress, engagement, and a valuable experience for all participants.
