Qodwa, derived from an Arabic word meaning Role Model, is CFA Society Bahrain's Mentorship Program which is developed in line with the philosophy of Paying it Forward.
We have decided to rollout the concept of a Qodwa program into Saudi, given the established presence of the brand and to promote increased collaboration with GCC societies.
The program is dedicated exclusively to CFA Society Saudi Arabia's members and candidates & falls under the Career Consulting committee remit.
Qodwa Saudi will be directed to Pairing senior industry leaders (Mentors) with mid-level members (Mentees) in order to help them achieve their professional and career goals together.
Built on the philosophy of Paying it Forward — experienced professionals giving back to the next generation of Saudi finance leaders through knowledge, guidance, and mentorship.
