Membership Types & Requirements
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
- A passing score on the CFA Level I Exam or the self-administered Standards of Practice Examination
- At least 48 months of acceptable professional work experience
- Three professional references (or two if at least one is an existing CFA Society member)
