CFA Society Saudi Arabia launched the Young Women in Investment initiative, a specialized program designed to support the development of Saudi female talent entering the investment profession.
The initiative brings together a cohort of 12 Saudi young women who are recent graduates or have up to two years of professional experience. The program begins with four weeks of intensive learning delivered by Fitch Learning, followed by eight weeks of hands-on training under the umbrella of the National Development Fund (NDF).
The initiative concludes with a closing ceremony, celebrating the participants’ achievements and reinforcing CFA Society Saudi Arabia’s commitment to empowering future women leaders in the investment industry.
