Dijana Kostic is a client portfolio manager in quant investing. She conducts client and consultant meetings, speaks at conferences and gives seminars about Robeco’s Quant Investing capabilities. She has been a Client Portfolio Manager since 2022 and joined Robeco in 2020. Previously, she was a Junior Analyst at AF Advisors. Dijana holds a Master’s in Finance and Investments and a Bachelor’s in Business administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and is a CFA® Charterholder.

As Europe seeks to enhance its competitiveness and retain listed companies, evolving governance structures – such as voting rights policies – are increasingly part of the debate. This comes against a backdrop of a shrinking public equity universe, with the number of listed companies in the EU declining by almost 15% between 2010 and 2022 – a trend that continues today, with delistings still outpacing new listings.

This interactive session will bring together perspectives on how such mechanisms may influence market attractiveness, investor protection, and the long-term development of European equity markets.
