Before joining VanEck, he held product strategy and institutional partnership roles at two early-stage tokenization startups focused on bringing credit markets on-chain. Earlier in his career, Jonathan was part of the team at Circle, the issuer of USDC, one of the world's largest stablecoins. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State and began his career at Citigroup before moving into digital assets. Anna (Verhaegen) Nerys is an iShares Product Strategist covering the Thematic and Active ETF product segments In this role, she supports sales, range management, research and marketing. Previously, she was an Investment Management Associate in the US Wealth Advisory Wirehouse Channel - responsible for driving sales and client service for mutual funds, ETFs, and separately managed accounts with clients in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She joined BlackRock through the 2017 Analyst Program, where she supported iShares Leaders in the Independent, Wirehouse & RIA channels. Anna graduated with a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from New York University in May 2017. Charlie Perkins, Grayscale, AVP of Product & Research Charlie Perkins, CFA is a Research Associate at Grayscale Investments, where he focuses on digital asset market structure, valuation, and thematic research across the crypto ecosystem. Prior to joining Grayscale, he was a securitized products and mortgage whole loan portfolio manager in the Chief Investment Office at The Bank of New York and an Investment Analyst at Runa Digital Assets. Charlie holds a B.S. in Business Analytics & Information Systems from Lehigh University and is a CFA Charterholder.
