CFA Society Ireland was proud to welcome over 100 new CFA charterholders to the Irish investment community in 2025. On the 22nd January, we celebrated this at a special Charter Award Ceremony held at EPIC – The Irish Emigration Museum.
The evening marked one of the most significant milestones in the CFA journey: the moment candidates formally receive their charters and officially join the global community of CFA charterholders. Set against the unique backdrop of EPIC, a venue that celebrates Irish achievement and global impact, the ceremony provided a fitting setting to honour years of dedication, discipline, and professional commitment.
The ceremony featured a thought-provoking fireside chat with Siobhán McNulty, Joe Kavanagh, CFA, and Sean Cullinane, CFA, CAIA, expertly moderated by Róisín Murray, CFA. The discussion explored career development, leadership, and the evolving role of investment professionals in a rapidly changing global landscape.
Their reflections resonated strongly with both new and established members, reinforcing the value of lifelong learning, professional integrity, and active engagement within the CFA community.
Thank you to Camden Recruitment Partners for their support of the event.
A special acknowledgement also goes to CFA Society Ireland President Eoin Diffley, CFA, along with the Society’s volunteers and Board members, whose commitment and leadership help make events like this possible. Their efforts ensure that members are supported not only through the exam process, but throughout their professional careers.
