CFA Society Ireland Response to SFT Consultation

The CFA Society Ireland's Advocacy Committee has made a submission to the Public Consultation on the Standard Fund Threshold Regime in Ireland. The submission outlines the Society's views on the fundamental issues of the current SFT regime and makes several recommendations that could be considered in the future.

A white paper from CFA Society Ireland

Given the significant focus in the asset management industry on the implementation of Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation ('SFDR') this white paper will introduce the key elements of SFDR and will focus on the primary benefits and challenges for an investment fund aligning with Article 8 under SFDR.
